- Cancellation notice must be communicated prior to the start date in writing by email or mail.
- No administration fee will be charged for cancellation made 21 days before the start date of the course/seminar.
- Any cancellation made between 13 and 20 days before the start date will be billed a 20% administration fee of the total registration cost.
- If cancellation is made between 7 and 12 days prior to the start date, a 50% administration fee will be incurred.
- Cancellations received within 7 days or less before the start date or a no-show (failure to attend) on the day of the course/seminar will be charged 100% of the registration cost.
- If cancellation of enrollment is received within seven (7) days and the course has not yet been activated, the participant will be charged 20% of the full course price.
- If cancellation of enrollment is received after seven (7) days and/or the course has been activated, NO refund is applicable.
To claim a refund, students must provide a written request for cancellation of enrollment to the Mastery Academy E-Learning Team via fax or email. The reception date of this written request will be used for final calculation of applicable refund policy.
If you pay by credit card and qualify for a refund, a credit will be posted to your card within 14 days.
If you pay by check or money order and qualify for a refund, the Mastery Academy E-Learning Center will issue your refund by check or money order. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your refund check.
